Due to the untimely death of Mr. Calvin McGraw, the owner of Cane Creek Metal Works Inc, the executors have chosen the action method to liquidate the assets of the company. The equipment is in very good operating condition. The real estate consists of 6.21 acres at the corner of GA Hwy 85 west and Reynolds Road, real property has 952' frontage on Hwy 85W and 821' frontage on Reynolds Road. The shop contains approx. 13,000 sq ft of enclosed pre fab metal building with approx. 8,000 sq feet attached shelter.
All with concrete floors, the building contains a 3 ton 60' span bridge crane that will remain with the building. 5 large roll up doors for easy access.
